This represents the re-evolution of high-tech ceramics, platinum-gold high-tech ceramics and alloy materials, which has the excellent performance of both high-tech ceramics and metals. This innovative material was first introduced by RADO in 1993 in the RADO Sintra silver diamond series.
EraCeramos titanium carbide cermet has the same quality and advantages as high-tech ceramics, light texture, and fast temperature adjustment according to body surface temperature. The molding process is performed in a very precise mold, and the manufacturing conditions are a high pressure environment of 1000 Pa. Before the process part is sintered under vacuum and at a high temperature of 1450 ° C, the molding auxiliary compound will be chemically decomposed. During this process, the process object will shrink by 20% until it reaches the final size, full density and full hardness. This shiny watch has a unique sharp edge in platinum. It is completed by a detailed polishing process on the diamond diamond wheel. The hardness of the polished product can reach 1900 Vickers hardness, which is higher than that of high-tech ceramics. Higher hardness. Then, at a temperature of about 1000 ° C, titanium nitride (TiN) was used to form a golden yellow chemical vapor deposition (CVD) coating on the surface of the case, and then it was polished to give it a very high gloss.
ADORADO Swiss Rado D-STAR series automatic mechanical watches also use silver details, and use fluorescent hands to highlight the visual effect. Through the back of the sapphire crystal case, the movement of the automatic movement can be seen at a glance, and at the same time it is specifically expressed by the moving anchor on the black dial.
