Chopard’s classic Imperiale watch is now a new model, using the noble and elegant royal purple. When modern elegance drew inspiration from the magnificent Roman Empire, a classic collection emerged. The Imperiale watch is refined with luxurious details, like paying tribute to the glorious moments of the Empire. First of all, the Roman numeral hour markers dot the dial, marking the hour scale. The finely carved decorative pattern in the center of the dial draws on the embroidered cushions of former emperors who used to place badges. The shape of the lugs follows the tradition of ancient columns known for their perfectly balanced proportions. The curved design of the pointer is reminiscent of the pointed dagger used by the emperors in fighting. This new model uses the distinguished royal purple, which echoes the lotus-shaped convex round amethyst inlaid on the Imperiale crown. The stainless steel case is equipped with a polished or diamond-set bezel and a purple alligator leather strap, giving the new timepiece a strong, modern feel.
Chopard introduces modern and exquisite long earrings, the contour design of which is inspired by the decorative pattern of the Imperiale watch dial, contrasting with the watch. A delicate 18K white gold diamond frame features faceted amethyst and long drop-shaped amethyst, and a matching ring.
